An intuitive exploration where we will immerse ourselves into co-creative interplay using colors, clay, movement, musical instruments and our voices. We will explore how all these modalities come together in one space at a given moment in time, how they interact and influence each other and how one’s creative landscape can open up into this multifaceted magical realm. We will enter an empty space with white walls and witness its transformation into a snapshot of our collective creative expression.

You can see it as a playground where we can witness what wants to come alive when you invite the unknown and stay present and open minded. Creative process has profound healing aspects, it helps to connect to ourselves and our vitality, discover new resources, bring a sense of belonging and also….. just have fun.

The framework is inspired by expressive arts therapy methodologies. It is an experienced based, integrative process which provides a multidisciplinary approach to support personal growth by focusing on one's resources.

Most of us crave for deeper connection and dialogue that is beyond words and this is exactly what we will bring to our workshop. Come play with us!
