Gemme Atelier’s first ever pop-up shop in Berlin!

Gemme Atelier is an independent specialty dressmaker and tailoring studio established in 2014. An ethical, sustainable women-owned business, working with silks, wools, linens, and other natural classical materials.

They’re bringing their popular styles to Backhaus! These limited-edition styles are made entirely in-house in Berlin from surplus materials from our personal collection. Fairly-priced, ready-to-wear pieces, keeping slow-fashion accessible.

The profits from the pop-up are going towards financing a move into a new studio in the new year so they can keep growing and creating more fair-paying jobs for artisans in Berlin.
