Throughout Covid Savvy had a few small poetry nights at her home, and realised how powerful it is to create a space of sharing and vulnerability. On 09.02., She has invited us to gather at Backhaus to do the same. The first half will be programmed of people who pre-register that they’d like to read (please send her a message if this is you!) and the second half will be an open space for people to share poems, who might not want to commit beforehand. Everyone is asked to bring a poem to leave behind, which she will tape to the front window of Backhaus for three days, as a sort of poetry exhibition for walkers-by. 

All poems should be to the theme of “Togetherness,” whatever that sparks for you.
